You can customize speedlimits for every street, we've already added the default speed limits and you can change them all to your servers preference.
We have a dual measurement system that way you can chose what measurement system is used in your server, whether you want to use the metric or imperial system you can change that in the config.
This would be done trough your inventory or armoury script, since the radargun is a weapon anyone can use it if they get it so it's up to you to chose who can or can't have it.
